Maldives in November

Hi Jane, we are getting married in October and would love a week in the Maldives, November 12 to 19. Overwater villa if possible, budget around 10k for the two of us. Could you send two or three options this week? We would like to book by the end of the month.

Usually scored within a minute. The verdict comes back as a reply.

Your mail stays in your inbox

Your mailbox sends a copy and keeps the original. The client never hears from us.
  1. 1

The lead stays in your inbox

    • The client and their contact details
    • The original message, in your thread
    • You reply from your own address, as always
  2. 2

A copy goes to your private address

    • Only your account resolves that address
    • Two models read the copy once, to score it and draft the reply
    • Nobody on our team reads it, and Triage never writes to your client
  3. 3

The verdict comes back as a reply

    • HOT, WARM, COLD, SKIP or FRAUD, with a score out of 100
    • Three reasons taken from the message itself
    • A first reply drafted in the language of the enquiry, one click to open it

Per enquiry Triage stores the label, the score, a one-line summary and the sender's name, enough for the morning digest and your account page. It never stores the message itself or the client's email address. One click deletes your account and every stored score. Nothing trains a model.

Questions

Am I forwarding my leads to you?

No. A forwarding rule sends a copy. The original stays in your inbox, and so does the client. The copy goes to a private address only your account resolves. Two models read it once, to score it and draft a reply, and the verdict comes back to you as a reply. Nobody at Tripcreator AI reads it, and Triage never writes to your client. For your digest Triage stores the label, the score, a one-line summary and the sender’s name. It never stores the message itself or the client’s email address. One click on your account page deletes your account and every stored score. Nothing trains a model.

Why does Tripcreator AI make this?

The same judgment model scores enquiries inside the Partner Hub. Triage brings it to advisors whose inbox is Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail, and host agencies get the digest under their own name. No advisor’s data trains it. The rows we keep are labels and one-line summaries.

My brand already runs on Tripcreator AI. Do I need this?

No. The Partner Hub scores inbound enquiries in its own inbox with the same model, so there is nothing to forward. Triage is for advisors whose inbox is Gmail, Outlook or Apple Mail.

How is the score made?

A purpose-built judgment model rates six things: genuine enquiry, fraud markers, readiness, timeline, budget realism and specificity. A fixed formula combines them into the score, and your own feedback on past verdicts can move it by up to 12 points. A second model writes the facts and reasons, and it reports only what the message says.

Outlook, Apple Mail, web forms, Instagram, WhatsApp?

Anything that reaches your inbox as an email works. Web forms already send email. WhatsApp Business chats export to email, and an Instagram message can be pasted into one and forwarded. Triage tags the channel when the mail shows it.

Do my clients see anything?

No. Scores go only to you, and Triage never writes to the client. The reply draft opens in your own mail client, from your address, and you decide whether to send it.

Host agencies and consortia?

Set up your agency and invite your advisors. Every scored reply and digest they get goes out under your agency’s name. One admin view shows each advisor’s plan and weekly counts, never their clients or their mail. Write to support@tripcreator.ai.
